The flavonoids in passionflower are the primary constituents responsible for its relaxing effects.
They are traditionally used in herbal medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress).
DIRECTIONS OF USE
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (≈ 5 ml) one to four times daily or as your healthcare practitioner directs.
WARNINGS
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, artificial flavour or colour, or starch.
