Organic Psyllium Husk (Certified Organic), a natural source of dietary fibre, mainly soluble fibre, is a great supplement to reduce calorie value by replacing starch. Psyllium husk contains more than 80 percent total dietary fibre (65-70 percent soluble, 10-15 percent insoluble), 5 times more soluble fibre than wheat or oat bran.
